Refund policy

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be made within 10 days of the date your package is received.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition in which you received it; unused, uninstalled, and in its unopened original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us via email: info@limitlessautoworksllc.com with your order information and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Fees

If the condition of the return meets our requirements, the purchase price of the item will be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for shipping costs.

Shipping costs incurred when sending an item back to Limitless Autoworks LLC for refund is the responsibility of the customer, unless there is a manufacturer issue. If there is a manufacturer concern, please reach out to us via email: info@limitlessautoworksllc.com

Please be sure to read the item description thoroughly before making your purchase to be sure the item you are buying works for you. We are more than happy to assist you with your purchase.

A restocking fee may be applied for your return. We understand mistakes happen. However, if your purchase is made before review of product details and a return is needed, a restocking fee will be applied.

 

Damages and Issues

Limitless Autoworks LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost or once your item has shipped. We highly encourage you to purchase shipping insurance on eligible items. With shipping insurance, if the item is damaged or lost during shipping, Limitless Autoworks LLC will replace or repair at their discretion after the claim is processed.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If damage occurred during the shipping process, you will need to file a claim with the shipping handler within their time frame for claims.

Limitless Autoworks LLC and UPS is not responsible for any stolen packages from your delivery address. 

 

Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancelations or returns on custom-made harnesses or made-to-order products unless the item has a manufacturer defect; this includes all strobe harnesses. Manufacturer defects require the item to be sent back to Limitless Autoworks LLC for inspection. If the item is reviewed and identified by our team as having a manufacturer defect, the item will be repaired and sent back to you. We only offer repairs for manufacturer defects. No refunds will be issued.

Items are automatically deemed ineligible for repair if you modify or damage the product in any way. Please be sure to read the provided instructions and have the product installed by a qualified person to avoid damage to your item. Damaged items also void all manufacturer warranties.
